Making a return for a refund or exchange is simple: Get in touch with us at within 48 hours of receiving your order and our customer care office will give you all the instructions needed. CRTFD accepts returns made within 14 days from when the order has been placed. Returns received after the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you. The shipping costs are your responsibility. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on personalized and customized products. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. CRTFD is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected. If you would like to exchange an item within 14 days from the purchase, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.


Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. You may request to cancel your order but please note that order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend if they have entered the packing or shipment phases. 

    If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If you do not see a payment reversal on your statement within 5 days, please contact customer service. *During high volume order days, order cancelations may not be possible.

    Address updates can be requested but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.


    All orders placed on are processed Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm EST and are shipped within 1-5 days. Our warehouse fulfillment staff works to fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet the needs of our valued customers.


    All orders made on are subject to review. Inventory issues are possible, and an order received email does not ensure that your order will be confirmed. An order is confirmed only when the tracking is updated and the parcel is in transit.
